1- "Parts of a paragraph"

• A paragraph has a topic sentence, a body and a closing sentence

• The topic sentence is the subject you are writing about.

• An effective topic sentence introduces an interesting topic.

• You can give your opinion on the topic.

• In the body of the paragraph there will be the supporting details, the supporting arguments for the topic sentence.

• There are two ways to order details in a paragraph: by order of importance,or chronologically.

• The closing sentence remains the audience about the topic, it restates the topic sentnce.

• The closing sentence remains the audience thinking.
